Welcome to Joanie’s Creations. By accessing this website and/or purchasing services from us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Services & Deliverables
Joanie’s Creations provides creative services including, but not limited to, branding, logo design, website design, print collateral, and digital marketing support. All services are outlined in individual client agreements or project proposals. Revisions, timelines, and deliverables are subject to the scope of the signed agreement.
2. Ownership & Intellectual Property
All content, including designs, graphics, logos, copy, and digital assets created by Joanie’s Creations remain the property of Joanie’s Creations until final payment is received. Upon full payment, ownership rights for the final approved deliverables are transferred to the client, unless otherwise stated in writing.
Joanie’s Creations retains the right to display completed work for portfolio, marketing, and promotional purposes.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to provide all requested content, feedback, and approvals in a timely manner. Delays in communication may affect project timelines and delivery. It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that any content provided (e.g., images, logos, text) does not infringe on any third-party rights.
4. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms are specified in each project agreement. Deposits are non-refundable. Work will not begin until the initial payment is received. Invoices not paid by the due date may incur late fees or service suspension.
Due to the custom nature of design services, all sales are final once a project has been initiated.
5. Cancellations & Termination
Either party may terminate a project in writing. In the event of cancellation by the client, all work completed up to that point must be paid for. Joanie’s Creations reserves the right to cancel or refuse service for any reason, including misuse, non-payment, or breach of these terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
Joanie’s Creations is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services or website. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, increased revenue, or digital performance metrics unless expressly stated in a service agreement.
7. Use of Website
All content on this website — including text, graphics, images, and layout — is the intellectual property of Joanie’s Creations. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification is prohibited. You may not use our name, branding, or likeness for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
8. Privacy
Information submitted via this website or during the client relationship will be handled according to our [Privacy Policy]. We will never share or sell your personal data.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas. Any disputes arising from your use of this website or our services will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Pulaski County, Arkansas.
